About Klow Stack
Research background as published in the scientific literature. Supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only; nothing here is a claim about use in humans or animals.
KLOW is a proprietary four-peptide research blend comprising BPC-157 (10mg), TB-500 (10mg), GHK-Cu (50mg), and KPV (10mg) in a single lyophilised vial. Each component has individually accumulated preclinical literature for tissue repair, anti-inflammatory, and regenerative properties.
The blend is designed to target complementary repair pathways: BPC-157 and TB-500 for musculoskeletal and GI tissue, GHK-Cu for collagen synthesis and skin remodelling, and KPV for anti-inflammatory regulation. KLOW represents a comprehensive multi-pathway recovery research stack.

- 01BPC-157 + TB-500 Tissue RepairThe combination of BPC-157 (GI and tendon repair) and TB-500 (actin dynamics and cell migration) is studied for complementary tissue repair effects. Research has examined whether co-administration of these two repair peptides produces additive effects across overlapping wound healing pathways.
- 02GHK-Cu Collagen & Skin ResearchGHK-Cu (copper tripeptide) is one of the most studied peptides for collagen synthesis stimulation, antioxidant enzyme upregulation, and skin remodelling. At 50mg it forms the majority of the KLOW blend, anchoring the stack's skin and connective tissue research profile.
- 03KPV Anti-Inflammatory ActionKPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is the C-terminal fragment of α-MSH studied for anti-inflammatory effects via MC1R and NF-κB pathway modulation. Research has examined its role in gut barrier protection, skin inflammation, and inflammatory cytokine reduction in tissue models.
