Where are you located, and where do you ship from?
Sydney, Australia. Every order is packed and dispatched from Sydney.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — every state and territory, tracked. We do not ship outside Australia.
Are orders sent discreetly?
Yes. Plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate the contents, and a neutral sender name on the label.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders, and weekend orders, the next business day. Delivery is within 24 hours of dispatch (business days), by tracked express post. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves, and it shows on your order page.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first — most delays are a parcel sitting at a depot. If tracking has stalled for more than a few days, message us with your order reference and we will chase the carrier and sort it out with you directly.
Can I return or cancel my order?
If it has not been dispatched, yes — message us straight away and we will change or cancel it. Once dispatched, research materials cannot be returned for change of mind, because we cannot verify how they were stored once they left us. If anything arrives damaged, send photos with your order reference within 24 hours of delivery; if an item is wrong or missing, let us know within 7 days. We will replace it or refund you, and pay the return postage if we need it back. We cannot replace or refund a product that has been reconstituted with a diluent we did not supply, such as bacteriostatic water from another source, or that was stored outside the conditions on its listing — see our returns & refunds policy.
How are the compounds supplied?
As lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials, labelled with the compound name and quantity. The vial size you are buying is stated on every product page and on your order.
How should I store them once they arrive?
Storage and handling are listed on every product page, and that listing is the authority for that compound. As a rule, sealed lyophilised vials are kept cold, dry and away from light.
Who can buy from you?
Adults, 18 or over, purchasing for laboratory research. You confirm your age and research use when you create your account at checkout, and research use again before the order is placed; both confirmations are recorded.
Why do I need an account?
To check out. You can browse the whole range without one; at checkout we ask for your email, a code we send to it, and three confirmations — that you are 18 or over, that the materials are for in-vitro research, and that you have read our Privacy Policy. There is no password; each time you sign in we email a fresh code. Your account keeps every order, its tracking, and an Order again button.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Not on this website. We do not hold the analytical documents, so we publish no purity figure, testing method, laboratory name or lot number here — a number we could not verify ourselves would be worthless to you.
When will an out-of-stock product be available again?
Open the product page and use "Notify me when it's back". You get one email the moment it is restocked, and nothing else from us.
How can I pay?
By PayID or bank transfer. Your order page and confirmation email carry both: for PayID, choose the ABN/ACN type in your banking app, enter the number shown, and check the payee name reads Quantified Peptides Pty Ltd before you confirm; PayID usually arrives within minutes, a bank transfer the next business day. There is a tap-by-tap guide for each bank at quantifiedpeptides.com.au/pay-by-payid. Either way, put your order reference (it starts with QP-) in the payment description and pay the exact amount from an account in your name — that is how we match the payment to your order. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a secure payment gateway are being added; card details will go straight to the gateway and never touch our servers.
Is there a discount for a first order?
Yes. A first order is 20% off, with no minimum, applied automatically when your email has not ordered with us before — no code to find. Any order over $500 can use the code QP500 for 10% off. One discount per order.
Are these products approved for human use?
No. Everything in the catalogue is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not for human or animal use and is not approved by the TGA or any regulator for therapeutic purposes.
When are you open?
We are open 24 hours, 7 days — order or message us at any time. Replies come within 24 to 48 hours, usually sooner, and parcels are dispatched on business days.
