01Who you are buying from

Quantified Peptides is an Australian supplier of research compounds, dispatching from Sydney. Our contact details and business hours are on the contact page and in the footer of every page.

02What these materials are for

Everything we supply is for in-vitro laboratory research only. It is not a therapeutic good. It is not for human or animal consumption, and it is not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration, the FDA, or any other regulatory body for therapeutic use.

By ordering, you confirm that you are acquiring these materials for lawful research purposes, that you will not administer them to a human or an animal, and that you will not supply them to anyone who intends to.

This is the most important term on this page. If you cannot give that confirmation honestly, please do not order.

03Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and ordering within Australia.

04Orders and acceptance

Adding items to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not at the moment of payment.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch. If we do, we refund you in full and tell you why. Reasons include stock we cannot fulfil, a pricing error, an address we cannot ship to, or an order we reasonably believe is not for research use.

05Prices, GST and what you pay

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping, where it applies, is shown before you pay.

We do not add fees at the final step that were not visible earlier. The total shown before payment is the total you pay.

If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, or a listing at a fraction of its normal price — we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm at the correct price or take a full refund.

06Paying by PayID or bank transfer

We accept payment by PayID, registered to our organisation number, and by bank transfer. The PayID, account details and your order reference are shown on your order page and in your confirmation email; we never send them by any other channel, and we never ask you to pay a different PayID or account.

Before confirming a PayID payment, check that the payee name your bank displays is our registered business name. If it is not, do not pay, and contact us.

Quote your order reference in the payment description and pay the exact total from an account in your own name. We match payments by reference, amount and payer name. A payment we cannot match is held, not applied, until you send us the receipt; an order stays unpaid until its payment is matched, and stock is not reserved for an unpaid order.

Payments are not refunded to a different account from the one that paid.

07Dispatch and delivery

Orders can be placed at any time. We dispatch Australia-wide from Sydney on business days; an order placed after that day's dispatch is processed the next business day.

Tracking is emailed to you once your parcel is with the carrier. Delivery timeframes belong to the carrier and we do not control them — but if a parcel is late or appears lost, contact us and we will chase it with you rather than leaving you to deal with the carrier alone.

Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside indicating the contents.

08When the goods become yours

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

If the address you provide is wrong or incomplete and the parcel is lost as a result, we cannot be responsible for it — but tell us anyway and we will help where we can.

09Documentation supplied with your order

Where our supplier provides a laboratory report for a batch, that report is included physically with your order.

We do not publish purity figures, testing methods, laboratory names or lot numbers on this website. We do not hold those documents ourselves, and we will not restate figures we cannot verify. The report in the box is the document to read.

10Changing or cancelling an order

If your order has not been dispatched, contact us and we will change or cancel it. Once a parcel is with the carrier it cannot be recalled.

Because these are research materials, we cannot resell a product once it has left our control, so we do not offer change-of-mind returns on dispatched goods. This does not affect the rights described in the next two clauses.

11If something arrives damaged, wrong or missing

Contact us with your order number, and a photograph if the item or its packaging is damaged. We will replace it, resend the correct item, or refund you — and we will tell you which and why.

You do not need to argue for this. If we sent the wrong thing, or it arrived broken, that is ours to fix.

How and when to report a problem — within 24 hours of delivery for damage, within 7 days for a wrong or missing item — is set out in our Returns & refunds policy at /returns.

12Diluents, storage and handling

A lyophilised product is only as good as what is done to it after it arrives. We replace or refund a product that reaches you damaged, incorrect or not of acceptable quality. We do not replace or refund a product that has been reconstituted with a diluent we did not supply, including bacteriostatic water from another source, or that has been stored or handled outside the conditions stated on its listing and in our guides.

Reconstituting with a third-party diluent, or storing a product outside its stated conditions, is at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows we accept no liability for the result. Follow the storage line on the listing and the handling guides on this site; that is the whole of the instruction.

This clause sits under the next one. Nothing in it removes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

13Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a term here conflicts with that law, the law applies and the term does not.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We would rather state that plainly here than have you find it somewhere else.

14The limits of our responsibility

Subject entirely to the clause above, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to replacing the goods, resupplying them, or refunding what you paid for them.

We are not responsible for how these materials are used once they reach you. Research use, handling, storage and disposal are yours to manage.

15Things you must not do

You must not:

• administer anything we supply to a human or an animal, or supply it to someone who intends to
• resell or redistribute our products as suitable for human or veterinary use
• describe our products, in any listing or advertisement, as therapeutic goods or as approved for therapeutic use
• use our name, artwork or product photography to imply an endorsement we have not given

16Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it, and the revision date is at the top of this page.
