About CJC-1295 NO DAC + Ipamorelin Stack
Research background as published in the scientific literature. Supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only; nothing here is a claim about use in humans or animals.
CJC-1295 NO DAC + Ipamorelin is a dual-peptide combination studied for its complementary actions on growth hormone secretion. CJC-1295 NO DAC is a modified growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue that acts on the pituitary to stimulate GH synthesis and release. The absence of the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) results in a shorter half-life, producing more physiologically representative pulsatile GH release in research protocols.
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide that selectively activates the GHS-R1a receptor, mimicking the action of ghrelin without the appetite-stimulating or cortisol-elevating side effects observed with other GH secretagogues. Research has examined the combination for its effects on endocrine signalling, cellular IGF-1 pathways, and anabolic signalling cascades in laboratory models.

- 01CJC-1295 NO DACA GHRH analogue that stimulates pituitary growth hormone release. Without the DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), it produces pulsatile GH release more consistent with natural physiological patterns in research models.
- 02IpamorelinA selective growth hormone secretagogue that mimics ghrelin's action at the GHS-R1a receptor. Research has examined its role in GH pulse amplitude and frequency without significant cortisol or prolactin effects.
- 03Synergistic ActionThe combination targets two distinct GH release pathways simultaneously. Research investigates whether dual-pathway stimulation produces additive or synergistic GH release patterns compared to either peptide alone.
