About BPC-157 + TB-500 Wolverine Stack

Research background as published in the scientific literature. Supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only; nothing here is a claim about use in humans or animals.

The BPC-157 + TB-500 combination, colloquially known as the Wolverine Stack in research circles, combines two peptides with complementary but distinct mechanisms of action in tissue repair and regenerative signalling research.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) is a 15-amino acid peptide derived from a protective protein in human gastric juice. Preclinical studies have investigated its effects on tendon, ligament, muscle, and bone healing models, with particular focus on its angiogenic properties and interaction with the growth hormone receptor. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a protein involved in actin polymerisation and cellular motility. Research has examined its role in accelerating cellular migration to injury sites and modulating inflammation. Together, these peptides are studied for potential synergistic effects on the tissue repair cascade.

  1. 01BPC-157Body Protection Compound-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice. Research investigates its role in angiogenesis, nitric oxide signalling, and regenerative pathways in connective tissue and tendon models.
  2. 02TB-500Thymosin Beta-4 fragment studied for its role in actin binding, cellular migration, and anti-inflammatory pathways. Research has examined its effects on wound healing, muscle repair, and vascular modelling in preclinical settings.
  3. 03Synergistic ActionThe combination targets complementary tissue repair pathways. BPC-157 primarily modulates local healing response and vascularisation while TB-500 influences systemic cellular migration and actin dynamics — research investigates additive effects on regenerative outcomes.
