About Semax + Selank Stack
Research background as published in the scientific literature. Supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only; nothing here is a claim about use in humans or animals.
The Semax + Selank blend combines two Russian-developed neuropeptides with complementary CNS research profiles in a single lyophilised vial. Semax (ACTH 4-7 PGP) is studied for nootropic and neuroprotective properties via BDNF upregulation, while Selank (tuftsin analogue) is investigated for anxiolytic-like effects without sedation.
The combination is used in research protocols examining complementary CNS effects across cognitive enhancement and stress-modulation pathways. Both compounds originate from the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and have independently accumulated substantial preclinical literature.

- Research Models
- Rodent cognitive and stress models
- 01Dual BDNF / GABAergic ActionThe combination pairs Semax's BDNF-upregulating properties with Selank's proposed GABAergic modulation. Research has examined whether co-administration produces complementary or synergistic effects across overlapping CNS pathway targets.
- 02Cognitive-Anxiolytic BalanceSemax research focuses on attention, memory, and neuroprotection while Selank targets stress and anxiety pathways. Combined studies investigate whether the blend supports cognitive performance under stress conditions more effectively than either peptide alone.
- 03Coagulation & Vascular ResearchBoth Selank and Semax have been independently studied for effects on blood coagulation and microvascular tone. Combined research has examined their regulatory roles in anticoagulation and ischaemic tissue perfusion pathways.
